As mentioned above, I’ve never EVER publicly shared my 4-Step Energy Shift from Painful to Powerful exercise. I’ve only taught it to my private clients and in my paid course, Emotional Resilience. But for this Shift Network interview, I take you through the 4 steps, with the exact wording to use for each step and an explanation of why each step works. In my course, we dive deeper into the practice and spend an entire 20-minute video lesson on it, complete with worksheets and a guided exercise through the 4 steps.
