Relax Into Happiness

Ever notice that no matter how hard you push, struggle or try to control circumstances, happiness always seems to elude you? Happiness cannot be found by effort because it’s not something to work toward; it’s something to relax into. Just stop pushing against your well-being. Think of happiness as the flow of a river. You can’t push the river; you can try but you’ll only get frustrated. Instead, relax and flow with it. Go with the flow, not against it. Trust that it will take you where you want to go. Happiness is not anywhere else to be found; it exists here and now, available to all. It’s simply a matter of letting everything else go that is keeping you from flowing with it.
