Luv!
I think about when I was 8-9 years old and my grandparents took me and my brother on vacation every year. The Redwoods, trees of the Big Sur and Yosemite National Park always gave me a feeling that there is something out there much bigger than me. They soothed me, they smelled good and they were love. This doodle reminds me of that time in my life. I want it back.
oooh, I remember my first time going to Yosemite (in my 30s). We went through the Redwoods first and I remember the sheer and utter awe at the magic of the huge trees. Such beautiful loving energy. I agree, they were love! You can have that time back by imagining it in detail, the way you just described, and more. It’s not quite the same as when you were 8-9, but sometimes the imagination can take you back to many memories and times past and can be the next best thing to recapturing those feelings. 🙂 What a lovely memory that was, thank you for sharing. It brought back the same sense in me too, so thank you!!
