We understand that sometimes things just suck.
And no matter what we try to do to cheer ourselves up, life just friggin’ hurts sometimes.
No one gets to tell you how you should feel or not feel. Your emotions are yours and there’s no shame in feeling what you feel. In fact, as our favorite poet says, “that’s where the light enters you.”
If you’d like, we can sit here together for a while and simply hold that space for you to just BE and FEEL (like the image below).
The fact that you’re still here tells us that you feel a bit better. Even if the pain hasn’t completely gone away… even if you have only 2 less popping blood vessels in your eyes… even if you’re still tearing your hair out or crying… we know your energy has shifted somewhat because you’re still reading. You’re still here playing along on our silly little quizzical adventure.
So your energy has shifted.
Do you know that emotions are simply ENERGY in MOTION?
It’s just energy moving through you. How you react to that energy is often where it gets complicated.
